Dusty Grooves

For Guitar Orchestra & Electric bass.
Commissioned by the Boston Classical Guitar Society.

DUSTY GROOVES is a collection of riffs, phrases, grooves and moods found in blues and rock n’ roll.  From simple and purest forms, the music gradually evolves to the more complex sounding universe of progressive rock.  It is scored for 4 different parts, with an extra added electric bass part. (It may be performed without the electric bass).  The lead classical guitar may be replaced by an electric or acoustic instrument.
