TROPPO TROPICALE for orchestra is a celebration of the universality of music – proof that melodies can travel across continents and centuries, gaining new accents and new colors, while maintaining their communicative essence. It’s Rossini wearing a colorful frevo shirt, it’s Brazil dancing Italian opera, it’s music being exactly what it should be: pure fun without borders. Commissioned by the Cia de Ópera do EspÃrito Santo (COES).
