Three Balkan Dances

Three Balkan Dances were commissioned by the Cavatina duo in 2005, and recorded on their album “The Balkan Project” released on Cedille Records (Chicago, IL).  It is a collection of three folk melodies which were transcribed and arranged into full compositions, tailored to suit the duo’s virtuosity and lyricism.
